Times Square-based Professional Sound Services, which caters to the neighboring theater industry and television studios, is expanding its space on West 43rd Street. The purveyor of multimedia services signed a 10-year lease for 3,000 square feet.
Representing the tenant in the transaction, Bill Berkis of Winoker Realty Company noted that Professional Sound’s market “is on full force.” But after searching the market for larger spaces, the company elected to remain in its current location. “They have been in this building for 20 years, and most of their clients are located nearby,” said Mr. Berkis.
Juniper Associates, the building’s landlord, was represented in-house by Richard Berry.
