Anthony Weiner has been outspoken in his efforts to get fellow Democrats on board with the health care bill in Congress. So have unions and the Working Families Party, which has threatened to deny their support to any Democrat who doesn’t vote for the bill.
The other day, Weiner put out a statement telling Democrats “You got elected because of health care, not in spite of it.”
Would Weiner go so far as to support challengers to Democrats who oppose the bill?
Not really.
