Keiko Aoki, New York-based business consultant and cookbook author who also owns and operates her eponymous catering company, bought a $1.35 million apartment at One Lincoln Plaza at 20 West 64th Street from Kazuko Tatsumura Hillyer, director of the Gaia Holistic Health Center. The former Miss Tokyo was married to Benihana founder Rocky H. Aoki, who passed away in July 2008 due to complications from cancer. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom, high-floor apartment was listed by Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Sanchiko T. Goodman. Filed: 4.20.10

Harold P Hope III and wife Kathryn bought a $7.3 million apartment at 1100 Park Avenue from Stephanie Griswold. The 11-room, full-floor residence is accessed by its own private elevator and was listed by Brown Harris Stevens’ Alina Pedroso. Filed: 4.19.10

Bianca Lumiere sold her apartment at the Century Condominium at 25 Central Park West for $6.45 million to a Seek Capital LLC. The three-bedroom at the Art Deco landmark was converted from a seven- to six-room apartment to create “a gracious layout for entertaining.” It was listed by Brown Harris Stevens’ Alexandra Lumiere (her relation to the seller is unknown).
