State Sen. Richard Codey savored the victory of Councilman Robert Parisi over John Schmidt.
“It’s a great victory for the town of West Orange, a personal victory for Mr. Parisi, and I guess a significant defeat for those who worked so hard to defeat him from this county,” said the former governor.
