You don’t have to pay $9.7 million to see some modern art in Soho. But if you’re going to spend it anyway on a new full-floor residence at least you know it also goes great with a black unitard and eyewear.

350 West Broadway, a recent Aby Rosen project, has a little bit of brick on the exterior to blend in with the nabe. But mostly it's about glass, champagne aluminum and just a touch of too cool for the rest of the real estate. Upstairs, the seven loft-style residences have all the clean lines and natural light you need to display your own Koons and Cattelans.
