A count of approximately 141 provisional ballots in the Trenton mayoral race now has Councilman Manny Segura one vote ahead of Public Works Director Eric Jackson for the right to take on former Mercer County Freeholder Tony Mack in a June runoff. A second public count will take place later this afternoon.
