No one is really sure who it will be. Four candidates have met with President Obama at the White House–three of whom have been discussed a lot: 7th Circuit Judge Diane Wood, Solicitor General Elena Kagan, and D.C. Circuit Judge Merrick Garland–and a Western wild-card, Montana Judge Sidney Thomas.
