420 Lexington Avenue

Excelerate Discovery LLC has signed a sublease for 4,220 square feet in the Graybar Building at 420 Lexington Avenue. The Atlanta-based attorney-review provider relocated from a temporary space at 750 Third Avenue.

Bob Stella and Justin Halpern of CresaPartners represented the tenant. Paul Walker of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, SL Green.

“This is Excelerate Discovery’s first facility in New York City, and since they didn’t have to cope with a previous lease expiration, they had the flexibility to wait for the very best opportunity,” Mr. Stella said. “The space was in move-in condition-in fact, the tenant took immediate occupancy-and the layout, though not standard, worked perfectly for their firm.”
