250 West 57th Street

Hedge fund manager Neil Barsky has leased a 4,439-square-foot suite on the 25th floor of 250 West 57th Street. Mr. Barsky, who is a former Wall Street Journal reporter, has a new firm, Barsky Ventures.

Haley Klein and Alexander Chudnoff of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Barry Zeller and George Fabian, also of Cushman, represented the landlord, W&H Properties.

“Two-fifty West 57th Street is an ideal choice for Neil Barsky,” said Fred Posniak of W&H. “Our tenant roster includes not only many media firms, but also many prominent financial firms. Mr. Barsky should feel right at home.”
