Metro Center, Stamford
Brokerage Susquehanna Financial Group has renewed its lease at Metro Center in Stamford, extending a 6,826-square-foot lease to 2015.
Jeffrey Newman represented landlord Malkin Properties in-house. Susquehanna was represented in-house.
