865 Broadway

Telecommunications company Clearwire Communications has leased the 17th and 18th floors of 865 Broadway in Union Square. The Washington State-based Clearwire provides high-speed Internet, and is looking to expand in the New York area. More leases will be coming in the tristate area and city, according to the company.

Jacqueline Klinger of the White Plains, N.Y.-based Northwest Atlantic, which also represents Starbucks, represented the tenant. Benjamin Fox of Winick Realty represented the landlord.
