Two leases have been signed at properties owned by Zar Property NY.
Hair stylist Kelly Van Gogh signed a five-year lease at 42-44 Greene Street for 1,600 square feet. Elizabeth Juviler of Tungsten Property represented the tenant. David Zar represented the landlord in-house.
French fashion company Jean Bourget Inc. signed a five-year, 1,500-square-foot lease at 64-68 Wooster Street. The tenant will use the space as a showroom for children’s clothing, including the brands Little Marc Jacobs, Baby Gaultier and Little Paul Smith.
