At a ceremony Monday night for the John McEnroe Tennis Scholarship, which allows underpriveleged youngsters to attend his tennis academy on Randall’s Island, the former World No. 1 appeared to get behind the idea of a Mayor Quinn.
“Give a round of applause to Christine Quinn, a future mayor, perhaps, of New York City,” McEnroe says.
