Mr. Nahmad paid $5 million for the apartment next door to his own, small fry to a man whose family owns $900 million in Picassos. Neighboring Fifth Avenue Trump-devotees include Gucci, Miss Universe, Saudi Prince Mutaib and Andrew Lloyd Webber. Would that we were invited to that housewarming.
