Hillel Nahmad, scion of the much fêted or hated Nahmad art-dealing family—depending who you talk to—is expanding his Trump Tower empire. Mr. Nahmad paid $5 million for the apartment next door to his own, small fry to a man whose family owns $900 million in Picassos. Neighboring Fifth Avenue Trump-devotees include Gucci, Miss Universe, Saudi Prince Mutaib and Andrew Lloyd Webber. Would that we were invited to that housewarming.
