In Deed! Victoria’s Secret Model Takes Donald Trump Jr.’s Old Place

– Four years after being ousted, along with other members, from the Trump Place condo board amidst complaints of an $80,000 office-expenses fee and $300,000 in ConEd charges (Gothamist: “Awesome”), Donald Trump Jr. recently bade the building a final adieu. Taking over his $1.8 million apartment and the white-glove service that accompanies it is Brazilian Victoria’s Secret model Isabeli Fontana. Ms. Fontana is one of the modelling industry’s highest earners, according to Forbes.

Bruno Depire, N.Y.U. professor of quantitative finance, Risk magazine Hall of Famer and the man once voted the world’s most important global derivatives practitioner, has purchased two apartments on East 68th Street for $1.5 million. It’s hard to compete with a Victoria’s Secret model, though.
