Well, you are in luck! A reader sends along this posting for a D.C. internship in the fundraising shop of New York’s junior senator, Kirsten Gillibrand.

DC Internship with Kirsten Gillibrand for Senate

Gillibrand for Senate is seeking highly organized and motivated full
and part-time interns to be a part of its DC fundraising shop. This is
a great chance for anyone looking to gain more campaign and finance
experience on a top-tier Senate race.

Fundraising Interns will work in a fast-paced and varied environment.
Duties will include assisting with research, data entry and management
of donor database, event planning and helping with the management of
day to day office operations.

Strong attention to detail, good organizational and computer skills,
and a sense of humor are a must. No prior campaign experience is
required.
