Former Washington Post web editor Jim Brady and former Washington City Paper editor Erik Wemple spoke to reporters today about their Albritton-owned (like Politico) local news start-up “TBD.” The site is going live next week with about 50 staffers, according to Newsonomics (Paid Content’s David Kaplan said the site will have a dozen reporters). That’s a lot of staff for a start-up! It seems like the sales team will be pretty big.
