Since Monday, three dead bodies were discovered floating in three different areas around New York. Around 12:45 a.m. on Monday, Aug. 9, at Cornell Avenue and Bronx River Avenue in the Bronx, police discovered the body of an unidentified white male in his 60s in the
Then on Wednesday, two more bodies were found. One of a male around 5 p.m. yesterday near West 16th Street in Coney Island and another of a female, just an hour later, in the area of the George Washington Bridge and Dyckman Street. Both were pronounced dead on arrival. An investigation determining identities and causes of death is currently underway.
As of right now, there is no connection between the deaths.
