Curbed reports that Dealbook editor Andrew Ross Sorkin and his wife recently paid $2.315 million for an Upper West Side co-op at 118 West 79th Street, which was listed at $2.295 million. The three-bedroom pad is prewar and features “pristine hardwood oak floors” throughout.
In addition to penning the bestseller Too Big to Fail, Mr. Sorkin is known for being one of the better-paid editorial employees at The Times, with an annual salary upward of $250,000, according to Gawker.
