Observer editor Kyle Pope snapped the following photo at the Hotel Trades Council headquarters, around the corner from the Observer offices. It’s a little small, but the sign says, “Eric Schneiderman For Attorney General Phone Bank Here! Ring Bell” with an arrow pointing (we presume) to the bell in question. HTC has been going hard for Schneiderman, sending out a series of mailers in places where there are contested downballot primary elections last week. Schneiderman has a lot of labor support, but there has been some question about how hard unions would work for him come election time. The answer, it appears, is pretty hard.
