The 1840 Greek Revival-style townhouse at 109 Waverly Place has been completely reimagined by high-end contemporary renovation specialists Turrett Collaborative. Turrett’s recent conquests include the innovative 2 North Moore and 13 Leroy Street. Prudential Douglas Elliman brokers Eileen Foy and George van der Ploeg have now given the Real Estate Desk an exclusive look inside.

Upon reviewing their handiwork, the $18.9 million asking price looks less crazy. And Don’s 1960s look has become a lot less elegant by compare.
