This 90th-floor unit of Trump World Tower has been on the market all of 10 days, listed with Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Dolly Lenz and Heather Swicicki.
In addition to the high ceilings, window walls and constant panoramic views, the luxury building offers stellar amenities like a 60-foot pool, private spa, concierge and valet parking. It was recently the tallest residential building in the city, until Frank Gehry’s Beekman Tower downtown trumped it by a few feet.
The asking price is $34.5 million. Shocking, yes, for a four-bedroom condo, but you’re basically living inside a cloud. It’s probably expensive to live in the International Space Station, too.
