PolitickerNJ, New Jersey’s leading source for political news, analysis and commentary, has an opening for a reporter to help expand our legislative coverage. The job comes with high visibility, independence and room to grow.
You’ll be based at the statehouse in Trenton, NJ and you’ll be immersed in government and politics day in and day out.
Must haves: Strong knowledge of the legislative process. Ability to write quickly and submit clean copy. Ability to work independently. Strong work ethic and the ability to function as part of a team. Flexibility.
Nice to haves: Experience covering, or working in New Jersey state government.
