Jean Nouvel’s new 100 11th Avenue may be getting all the attention and sales these days, but his first foray into New York City real estate is still pretty great, and now one of its units can be yours.

A two-bedroom at 40 Mercer Street, the Pritzker-winner’s homage to Soho cast iron, just came back on the market with Town Residential for $4.3 million. It’s got two big bedrooms, about the fanciest bathroom The Observer‘s ever seen and a great Soho location. Otherwise, it’s a pretty standard New York spread with a fancy designer attached. Is it worth the premium?
