One of the first things built on the New Bowery, before the likes of the Cooper Square Hotel, the New Museum and Sperone Westwater arrived, was the sliver building built at 195 Bowery, a concrete switchblade of condos popping out of an old brick tenement.

This $2.8 million two bedroom is the second unit from the 16-story top, and it has the views to prove it. The Elliman listing boasts that the two terrace offer the best views in all of NYC. The Observer‘s not so sure, but if you buy it, let us know.
