TRENTON – The Senate passed 36-3 a bill authored by state Sen. Ray Lesniak (D-Elizabeth) that provides for a Constitutional amendment that would allow sports betting at casinos and horse racing tracks.
Plugging the bill on the floor of the senate, Lesniak said it would result in $1.3 billion gross revenues for the industries in question.
