Gov. Chris Christie tonight signed a bill – S2381 – that would enable Woodbridge and West Deptford to build power plants.
“A $2 billion giveaway that eriches power plant developers,” bemoaned Jeff Tittel, director of the New Jersey Sierra Club and disparaged by PSE&G.
