Cooper Levinson pulls out of Trenton

Citing the deleterious effect of a $50,000 legal services contract on Mayor Tony Mack and the City of Trenton, Cooper Levinson has pulled out of Trenton, according to the mayor’s office.

“Under these circumstances, the firm has decided that it would be in the best interests of all parties to bring an end to the contract in question,” wrote attorney Lloyd Levinson. “We would like to agree to terminate this contract in a professional and structured manner so as to assure an orderly transition in representation on the cases in question.”
