The 4,228-square-foot office on the sixth floor of 630 Third Avenue will be dedicated to consultations with new and returning patients. Plastic surgeon Robert Allen leads the center, which also has locations in New Orleans and South Carolina. He signed a long-term lease and will move into the 22-story Emery Roth-designed building by late March, bidding farewell to ULM’s 1776 Broadway.

“We are excited to have Dr. Allen and his practice call this exclusive commercial property their new home,” said Peter DiCapua of landlord ATCO Properties & Management. “Six-thirty Third Avenue has so much to offer the center with an Energy Star building rating, local hospitals in the surrounding area, and a commitment to sustainability.”

Terms of the lease were not disclosed, but asking rents in nearby buildings are around $40 a foot.

Arthur Draznin and Ryan Baum of Newmark Knight Frank represented ATCO. Tito Ghose and Ryan Gessin of Halstead Commercial represented the tenant.
