The instructions couldn’t be much simpler: “Just relax and listen to the waves,” they read. “Don’t touch your mouse or keyboard.” Depending on your temperament and tendencies towards fidgeting, this might be easier said than done. We failed our first few attempts. But then we reminded ourselves that this Chinese New Year—the Year of the Rabbit, which kicked off yesterday—is supposed to be a good year for settling our nerves and calming our senses, tried one last time, and did (and felt) much better.
