Vincent J. Polistina (R-Egg Harbor Township)

Assemblyman Vince Polistina was elected to the Assembly in November 2007. It is his first elective office.

Polistina was born June 10, 1971, in Atlantic City. He graduated from Absegami High School and from Rutgers University in 1993 with bachelor’s degree in bioenvironmental engineering. He earned his professional engineering license in 1999. His engineering firm, Polistina and Associates, LLC, is located in Egg Harbor Township.

Mr. Polistina has championed legislation to repeal state mandates on municipalities, revitalize the gaming industry, and cut the sales tax.

He and his wife, Carolyn, have three children: Vincent, born 2005, and twins, Dominic and Cole, born in 2006.

He is a former Chairman of the Egg Harbor Township Police Athletic League and has supported the Richard Simon Center for Alzheimer’s at Seashore Gardens, the American Red Cross, the Tom Fabietti Scholarship Foundation, the American Cancer Society, the Junior Achievement Society, Mainland PBA, and the Donny Fund.
