Vincent Prieto (D-Secaucus)

Democrat Vincent Prieto, of Secaucus, was first sworn into the New Jersey General Assembly on December 13, 2004, filling the unexpired term of Anthony Impreveduto. Mr. Prieto was elected to his first full term on November 8, 2005.

Born September 11, 1960, Mr. Prieto received his certification in construction code technology from Middlesex County College; and his certification in fire code technology from Bergen County Community College. He is a construction code official in Secaucus.

Mr. Prieto and his wife, Marlene, have two children: Amanda and Vincent Andrew.

Mr. Prieto represents the 32nd Legislative District, which includes the Bergen County municipality of Fairview; and the Hudson County municipalities of East Newark, Harrison, Kearny, North Bergen, Secaucus and a portion of Jersey City.
