It's Free to Look: A Townhouse in a Loft

Exactly how Corcoran packed a “sundrenched townhouse” with “space and versitility” into a Tribeca loft with all its “brilliant light and airness” is beyond The Observer, but evidently they did it, and it’s on the market for $2.3 million.

The architecturally redesigned three-floor co-op has three bedrooms, with a library convertable to a fourth, and two and a half baths. The rest of the 2,100 square feet is rounded out with a media room and a large open kitchen.
