Roger Stone Cites Donald Trump’s Rap Ubiquity

Mort Zuckerman and a few other people are scratching their heads over Donald Trump’s claims of having “saved” the Daily News when it’s publishers came to him for help years ago.

Trump made the claim, repeatedly, during an interview on Talk1300 this morning. The reality TV show star and real estate developer also said he “always had a great relationship with the blacks.”

I’ve been reaching out to a number of people to decipher what he’s talking about. Trump’s unofficial booster and noted Republican operative, Roger Stone emailed:

“No idea – on Daily News.

“as for blacks

“Trivia question– how many hit rap songs mention Trump ?”

So blunt that Stone. For the record, Trump has distanced himself from Stone.

Also, The Observer is published by Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of Mr. Trump.
