Cuomo’s Roadmap for Ethics Reform [Video]

Here’s Governor Cuomo, in a Q&A with reporters after his speech in Utica yesterday.

When asked how he’ll get legislators to drop their resistance to the governor’s plan for greater disclosure of their outside income and business dealings, Cuomo said he’ll try anything.

“I’ll go up and down left, right — it doesn’t matter to me, as long as we get it done,” Cuomo said. [Video after the jump]

While Cuomo is speaking publicly about the need for an ethics bill, he is not negotiating the bill publicly. Some, like the Oneida Dispatch editors, have grumbled about that.
