WEST NEW YORK – Mayor Nick Sacco’s camp this morning was still scratching its collective head over an opposition robocall featuring the voice likeness of former President Bill Clinton.

“Fraud,” concluded Sacco spokesman Phil Swibinski.

Clinton’s voice urged residents to vote for better parks and neighborhoods, followed by a slogan of paid for by North Bergen Citizens for Change, Sacco’s opponents.
