On the heels of the Christie administration’s decision to withdraw from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative and the governor setting down broad outlines for an energy policy, the Board of Public Utilities has scheduled three public hearings into the the 2011 New Jersey Energy Master Plan.
* July 26, 1-5 p.m., New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Campus Center Atrium, 150 Bleeker St., Newark.
*Aug. 3, 1–5 p.m., Statehouse Annex, Rm. 11, Trenton
* Aug. 11, 1–5 p.m., Richard Stockton College of New Jersey Campus Center, Vera King Farris Drive, Pomona.
Earlier hearings had been canceled pending completion of the new master plan.
