It’s as simple as opening up one wall to make two of these Tribeca lofts one. The combination leaves the buyer with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 16 foot ceilings, and a custom kitchen.
The Sotheby’s listing says combined lofts, with cast iron columns, handcrafted steel doors and a bedroom that can be converted into a media room or home office, will run you $4.7 million. There’s no word on how much if they come alone.
