Now, Rachel has finally found a place, as the News reported last week, three units at 299 West 12th Street, two on the 17th floor and a penthouse above that belonged to celebrity stylist Sally Hershberger.
The deal has just closed, for $4.95 million, a discount of $950,000 off the asking price for the striking one-bedroom that looks to have as much terrace space as interior. The property, which was listed by Sotheby’s Karen Heyman, was bought by Norman’s Nest Trust and signed by Bruce Lagnese, Ms. Aniston’s business manager. Is Norman a new flame, then? No, just the actress’ adorable corgi-terrier mix.
