Assemblywoman Annette Quijano’s (D-20) Homeland Security and State Preparedness Committee will convene tomorrow to “study the protocols and procedures currently governing the use of State Police helicopters.”
The hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m.
Quijano said she called the committee in response to Gov. Chris Christie’s use of a State Police helicopter to travel to and from personal and political events. The panel will hear testimony from Colonel Joseph R. Fuentes, Superintendent of the New Jersey State Police.
