“It is never an easy decision to leave a place as special as CBRE (CBRE), but I was presented with a rare and exciting opportunity by Ric Clark and Brookfield Office Properties and I felt the time was right to take on new responsibilities and challenges in development,” said Mr. Rudin in a statement.

CBRE also announced that Matt Van Buren, executive managing director, will be the interim New York Tri-State Region leader. Cherrie Nanninga, chief operating officer, Tri-State Region, will also assume increased interim management responsibilities.
