If you want views of the East River, we have the place for you. It’s on the 18th floor and, in addition to its many windows displaying the water, also has an 800-square-foot terrace overlooking the river. Our only complaint is the wide, black window frames that obstruct views of the blue below. (Actually, one more complaint—that horrible green plaid carpet in the library/office.)
The apartment is asking $4.499 million and has two bedrooms. It’s 2,750 square feet and has electrically controlled awnings, a built-in sound system and an automatic irrigation system to make life easier. Any takers?
