Breaking: Congressional redistricting teams agree on tie-breaker

The Congressional redistricting commission has reached a consensus on the 13th and tie-breaking member, a source close to the commission tells PolitickerNJ.

The agreement between the six Republicans and six Democrats that make up the commission means the Supreme Court will not be required to choose between choices from both parties as is called for by the constitution should the parties fail to reach a consensus.

There is no word yet on who the commission has chosen.
