Cal Morgan has been named publisher of HarperCollins imprint It Books, following the announcement of Carrie Kania’s depature for London.

According to Publisher’s Weekly, “His books for It have included Neil Strauss’s Everyone Loves You When You’re Dead and Lauren Redniss’s Radioactive, as well as forthcoming books by Jerry Lee Lewis, Kelly Oxford, Stanley Crouch, Ransom Riggs, and Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart.” For Harper Perennial Mr. Morgan has also acquired novels by Blake Butler and Ben Greenman.
