Actor and singer (see clip below) Dominic Chianese might not be as skilled at playing hardball as his character on The Sopranos—he recently sold his Upper East Side condo for $2.375 million, $75,000 below its $2.45 million asking price.

Mr. Chianese, who played the more-hapless-than-ruthless Uncle Junior on the much-missed mob hit, sold two units at 515 East 89th Street to Robert and Susan Appleby, according to city records.

The new owners plan to combine the two units into one 3,000-square-foot duplex, an assistant at Fox Residential Group, which represented the seller, said.

The property has four bedrooms, two terraces and a private garden and the building is near Carl Schurz Park and the Asphalt Green pool and fitness center. The listing also says the upstairs unit can be redesigned to create three additional bedrooms connected to the lower unit. So bring the whole family!

Christine Reilly of Corcoran repped the buyers. Barbara Fox of Fox Residential repped the seller.
