Recent notable deals in Manhattan real estate:
David F. Eisner, the president of the board of Jewish Education of Greater New York, and wife Karen Eisner have sold their apartment in The Eldorado at 300 Central Park West. The 2,650-square-foot co-op sold for $3.6 million to Ronald H. Shechtman and Carolyn Meadow. The Eisners bought the home just two years ago for $2.825 million.
The president of the AMC network, Charlie Collier, and wife Kristin Collier have purchased a condo in Chelsea. The TV exec didn’t break bad on the deal: although the apartment, located at 245 Seventh Avenue, was originally listed by Halstead last year for $2.495 million, the Colliers paid $2.35 million for the 2,000-square-foot home. They purchased the pad from Melissa and Brian Ormond.
