Kathleen “Kick” Kennedy, the aspiring-actress daughter of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., has booked her first gig–a role on an HBO show. And no, it isn’t the scion-ette comedy that is Lena Dunham (daughter of Carroll Dunham) and Allison Williams (daughter of Brian Williams)’s new HBO comedy Girls, though we think Kick would fit in just fine there.
Ms. Kennedy is to costar in Aaron Sorkin’s More as the Story Develops, a drama about a Keith Olbermann-style cable news show, reports the Post. It sounds like a suitably liberal project for the daughter of America’s last great sprawling liberal dynasty, though we’re sure dear old dad would be okay with anything Kick chose. When we ran into Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., at a screening of his documentary The Last Mountain, he told us: “I’m just happy if any of my kids have a job, and they’re off my payroll.”
