We’re assuming that by “lururious” the broker for this listing actually means “luxurious,” which would be a fairly fitting description (although it isn’t quite as grand as some other conspicuous Hamptons estates). It is, however, very comfortable because it isn’t too over-the-top (but there are still plenty of beamed and vaulted ceilings). And the home sits on a “shy acre,” which means you might need to chat it up a bit to break the ice (cheesy, we know).

The house, located in Water Mill, is also a “shy” 3,000 square feet (2,900, to be exact) and has four bedrooms. Amenities include a pool and “pool bath” (we’re not quite sure what that is) and a chef’s kitchen. For just $3.25 million.
