One reason to drop $6.25 million on this Upper West Side co-op? The views. Not just of Central Park, but of the Central Park reservoir as well. We’re guessing this Central Park West pad is the Manhattan equivalent of having an oceanfront property in the Hamptons (on a much less grander scale). The apartment itself isn’t anything spectacular, but it doesn’t need to be considering its location. The kitchen, though, is a bit of a mystery; the counters on either side of the oven look like temporary carts.
The square footage is a mystery, too, but the apartment has three bedrooms and the building features a gym and a children’s playroom (like they’ll need it with the park outside their front door). The listing says there is also “abundant closet space,” which we love.
