Gov. signs numerous bills, vetoes RGGI measure

TRENTON – Gov. Christie concluded the week with a flurry of action on bills.

In addition to establishing an advisory council on end-of-life care and revising collection of surplus lines insurance premium taxes, he vetoed an attempt to keep the state in the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative.
